Le Jour de St. Valentine

We had many more show up to the Club meeting this week. Which is always a relief. We decorated sugar cookies in white, pink and red frosting and had a very intense discussion on the duties of the President. It seems that the club has lost her president in the second semester of the year for 7 years in a row! and this year may not be any different. The club voted to discuss with the wayward president and see if she wants the position or not. They voted to be nice and discuss first, before throwing her out on her ear. I hope that she sees she is wanted and can come back!

Crêpe day III

This year we normally have 35 or so french club members. But, this club meeting we only had 11 members. Oh well! at least we all had enough crêpes this time!

Fête de Noël

We had our Fête de Noël on Monday and we got our shirts too. Every year, Mrs. Hill sends a Bûche de Noël or two for the students to enjoy. We had a great time and there was food for everyone, thanks to the emphasis on bringing a bit more. What a great Holiday!.

Yearbook pix

We had a short meeting to plan for the Fête de Noël and get the Yearbook Pix. As you can see it was a bit chaotic!

Fête de l'Action de Grâce

The students love bringing and sharing foods for French club meetings. These are pix from the Thanksgiving party or rather Fête de l'Action de Grâce!

More Crêpe day pix

Crêpe day!

What a great time we had. And can you believe how many members there are in the French club now? We had crêpes (UMMMM) and we had a lot of fun, too.
